Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone


3 Coral STAR Yellow Peaches (NJ)
8 oz tub Mascarpone (small tub)
1/4 c Toasted Pine Nuts
3 TBLS Honey
1 TBLS Grape Seed Oil
Pinch of Salt
Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Wash Peaches
Cut into quarters, removing stones
Brush all 3 sides with Grape Seed Oil
Grill over medium high heat, about 2-3 minutes per side


Plate 2-3 quarters per plate
2 rounded Teaspoons of Mascarpone
Drizzle with 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon Honey
Sprinkle with Pine Nuts, Pinch of Salt, Dash of Cinnamon
